How should I prepare for my lash appointment?

Lash naps are some of the best naps! Get ready and help us give you your best lashes by avoiding caffeine and other supplements and medicines that make you jumpy. Leave the chewing gum at the door and settle in for a quiet time, because once lashes are being applied chewing gum and talking makes your eyes move. Silence your phone (and watch) every time you get relaxed it always seems that when the notifications come in, and you can’t help but want to anxiously check your phone. Come with CLEAN lashes! I know sometimes you can’t come before makeup, but you can arrive earlier than your appointment and clean your makeup off. We will be happy to provide you with lash shampoo! Makeup seriously affects how many lashes we can apply, and your retention.


Do chemical peels hurt? What should I expect? How long will I peel?

You know the expression Beauty is Pain? Well, its true here. They are uncomfortable for some, especially if you have sensitive skin, but the tingling subsides quickly. We provide you with a fan and with water if you need it. Some people don’t actually peel with a chemical peel, some do. If you experience peeling, it should resolve within 7-10 days, and we will send you home with all the knowledge and product recommendations to take care of you through this journey.


Do you take walk-ins?

We can, but cannot guarantee we can see you that day, Appointments are always preferred. You are able to see availability via our scheduling site, and can always reach out to your servicer to see if something is available.


What are your cancellation policies?

We require a notice of 24 hours for appointments to be cancelled or rescheduled. There is 50% fee for late cancels and 100% for no call no show missed appointments. View all our policies below.


I want to schedule but I don’t want to add my card.

We completely understand. we do this for a couple reasons- having a card on file safeguards us from no call no shows and allows us to implement our cancellation policy. This also means that we don’t require deposits or put long holds on your payments in advance. We cannot see your card information, and it is safeguarded using Stripe, the worlds leading secure and PCI compliant online payment processor. Stripe is what many other well-known companies, such as Facebook, Lyft, Twitter, Squarespace, Shopify, Pinterest, Adidas and so many more use for their payment processing needs.
